My Philosophy

Laws affect our daily lives, relationships, work and basically everything we do. Being savvy and aware of the legal implications of our actions helps us live, love and experience life to the fullest . That's being Legally Hip. My philosophy is that for every problem there is a solution, and that includes legal problems too. Your problem may not just be legal: it could be financial and legal, or it could be emotional and legal, or even relational and legal. A lawyer is specifically trained to only deal with the legal part of the problem.

That is why in the legal world there exists a gap. A gap between you, the destitute victim of a problem, and the lawyer. This gap is fuelled by fear, doubt and misunderstanding. Fear exists because you don't know what the outcome will be. Will you lose everything? Will you go to jail? Doubt because you don't trust the system. Misunderstanding because you sit before a lawyer who holds your life in his hands and yet you do not understand a word being said while paying $300 per hour. Or, in the alternative, you can't afford a lawyer, there is no one to help, and there is no way out.

How do we close this gap? Through guidance and empowerment. You need to be empowered. You need to have a better understanding of the predicament you are in. You need to know your options. You need to formulate some realistic goals. You need to make a plan to realize those goals. This is my job. Through Legal Solutions Plan, my specialized team of legal experts and guides are here to help you.
